Cheeseheads of the World, Trade!

I couldn't help it. When a fellow Etsier offered to trade me a cheese hat for my "Santa is a Cheesehead" bead, I couldn't resist. Well, guess what just came in the mail? My new hat.

I love a good trade. And although sports doesn't interest me too much, a large foam slice of cheese sure does. I know I'll get plenty of use out of it. (I mean, after all, I can even flip it upside down, put a bowl in the head divot and use it to serve hors d'oeurves).

One of my other favorite non-bead trades involved a bead for a computer printer. I had been thinking about one for a teaching trip, and this one came about at a Southern Flames meeting. It was a win/win, as far as I was concerned.

So tell me about trades that you've made for your artwork. I love hearing about them.

And if you live in the Atlanta area and are willing to trade housekeeping for beads, please contact me immediately. It could be a long, happy relationship. ;)

  2. Excellent trade! And you would be a very classy hostess serving appetizers out of the cheesehead hat (maybe a cheeseball?). I wish I had a cool trade to tell you about, but alas, I don't have any. I do like your idea of trading housekeeping for beads. Now that would be a win-win for sure!
