Green is Universal has partnered with Etsy.com to have artists create either a video or photos which show how they reuse, recycle or upcycle. There are different categories for entries. Check here for the full rules (and there are plenty).
Even if you do not enter, you can still vote- and also get some great ideas. Check it out.
